Region 13 invites you to join your colleagues and friends this fall in the Land of Enchantment, October 20 – 22, 2011, for the ACUI Region 13 Fall Conference at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico!

Register for the ACUI Region 13 Conference, this Oct 20-22 in Albuquerque, NM! Click here to register, or visit the webpage for more information on rates and deadlines. Regular registration will run until October 4, and late registration until October 20. If your institution is bringing 10 or more students to the ACUI Region 13 conference this year, a special group discount rate of $150/student will be applied!

-> Education Sessions
Submit an education session or ‘Ignite’ session proposal to present to colleagues at the conference! This year we have three different types of Ed Sessions: traditional 50-minute sessions, 10-minute Student “Ignite” sessions, and 10-minute Director “Ignite” sessions.

-> Student Track
Find out about the new student development track at the ACUI Regional conference this year!

-> Auctions
Submit items for the ACUI Regional Conference silent auction! Use our online registration form to submit donations easily online.

-> Awards
Nominate colleagues for ACUI’s professional staff and student awards! Submit nominations for the Pat Moonen Service Award, the Rodie-Keintz New Professional Award, and/or the Rodie-Keintz Staff Mentor Award!

-> Campus Competitions
Submit your school’s best work, and compete against other campuses! Our campus competitions consist of “School Brag” and “U Did What?”

-> Hotel
Attendees will be staying at the Albuquerque Marriott at a special $99/night rate! Reserve your hotel rooms at the special group rate, get maps and directions for travel to and from the hotel, and read about the local area. Be sure to register your hotel rooms before October 7!

-> Entertainment
We have lots of fun events planned for evening entertainment this year, including a wine reception, a salsa night, and a ghost tour in Albuquerque’s Old Town! Visit this page to check out the lineup.

-> RapidRide
For conference daytime travel, we will be using Albuquerque’s local “RapidRide” bus service, which connects the hotel and the UNM campus every 7 minutes. Find out more about how to ride, when to ride, and how to use your bus pass!
