Going once… Going twice… SOLD!

The newly revamped Region 13 Auctions are committed to raising money for student scholarships to attend any of the regional, national, or international opportunities offered by ACUI. Our goal is to surpass $1000 this year.

We will be accepting item registrations on-line beginning September 7, 2010 this year. Oh, you can still bring an item for the auctions without registering them on-line as we can do that on site!  We are however, encouraging you to register it on-line so we can all see some of the items that are being auctioned and can all get excited to participate!

We encourage you to consider donating items that are appealing for many, have the potential to be useful to members in any state within our region, and can easily be shipped or travel back home with the lucky member who keeps it! A donation request letter will be available for you to download off this page soon, feel free to use it to get the best auction items ever… Our students are worth it!!”

Please feel free to use our donation request letter when speaking with donors. Download the letter here (right click and save the PDF file). Also, notify us if your donor would like to be recognized.

To register an item:

a) Click here to access our Auction site starting September 7th

b) Click the “Add Item” button

c) Fill out the form as completely as possible. Items shown in bold are required fields

d) Click the “Submit” button

View items that have already been registered:

b) Click the “View Items” button

c) Enter any search criteria (category and/or text search), and then press the “View Items” button

(if no search criteria are entered, every item will appear on the list)
